Digital Goods Refund Policy

Please note: This policy is in addition to our regular refund policy. You should also familiarize yourself with our regular refund policy.


Since digital goods that we sell cannot be revoked after download, we only issue refunds under these cases and other exceptional circumstances:

You did not mean to purchase the product, or paid more than you should have,

You purchased a product by accident or more than once,

You did not authorize the transaction on your payment method or otherwise think the transaction was fraudulent,

Or you have not downloaded your product and it has been less than 3 days since the date of purchase.


Please note: In all but exceptional circumstances such as a fraudulent charge, you will not be due a refund if we have evidence of you downloading or using our product purchased.


Also note: If you think a transaction was fraudulent, please contact us to get a refund. Filing a dispute or chargeback only hurts everyone involved, and in these and other exceptional cases we will be more than happy to refund your purchase or charge in full.
